The 2025-2026 UCLA Relay For Life Event Leadership Board

Hi! My name is Anna, and I’m this year’s President of Colleges Against Cancer at UCLA. I’ve been involved with Relay For Life since 2012 and began volunteering with the American Cancer Society in 2018 during my freshman year of high school. I was drawn to ACS after my family’s experience with cancer, searching for a community that was as passionate about the cause as I was. Being a part of ACS and Relay For Life has not only allowed me to continue fighting cancer but has also connected me to people who have been touched by cancer just as I was. I continue to relay to help advocate, support, and fight to end cancer as we know it.

Hello! My name is Ella and I am this year’s Vice President of Operations for Colleges Against Cancer at UCLA. I first joined ACS shortly after my Grandpa was diagnosed with lymphoma, wanting to be part of a community that spread hope, advocated for patients, and supported research. Since then, ACS has given me the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause, but an avenue to meeting some of my best friends who have all been touched by cancer in different ways. The ACS UCLA community inspires me through the impact we create together!

Hello! My name is Kylie and I am this year’s Growth Director for UCLA's chapter of Colleges Against Cancer! I joined this cause my freshman year of high school in 2018 and have been working with the American Cancer Society and Relay For Life since. I made the decision to join because of my grandma’s experience with cancer - I hope to play my part in advocating for more knowledge, more hope, and more life. I Relay for all those affected by cancer, in the past, present, or future.

Hello! My name is Angela, and I am this year’s Mission Director for Colleges Against Cancer at UCLA. In November 2014, when I was eleven years old, my mom was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer and in January 2016, she unfortunately lost her battle. This is an experience that no one should ever have to undergo. No one should ever endure the pain of loss or watch their friends, aunts, uncles, siblings, grandparents, or parents suffer from this disease, and no one should ever say the words “I have cancer.” I Relay in honor of my mom and for every person whose life has been touched by cancer in some way.
